At NazijDates.com, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. All orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan. A standard delivery charge of PKR 200 applies to each order; however, if your order value is PKR 3,000 or above, you will enjoy free delivery.

We want our customers to shop with confidence, which is why we allow you to open the parcel before making payment. This helps you verify your order at the time of delivery.

If you wish to return a product, you can contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Please share a picture of the shipping label and explain the issue. Returns are accepted in cases where the wrong item has been delivered or if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 24 to 48 hours. If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, the replacement product will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
